Many question whether it is ethical for Americans to be relaxing on a luxurious vacation while just miles away people are suffering and dying. The cruise lines have responded by explaining how their continued tourism is bringing money into the country at a time when it is most needed, and Royal Caribbean cruise line has also been ferrying supplies into the ravaged country.
